Refund policy

Returns

At Mindwerks The Toy Shoppe, we carefully inspect all orders before they are shipped.

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

• You received an incorrect item; or
• The item was defective or arrived damaged upon receipt.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order and must include clear photos or videos of the item and its original packaging. Requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, or normal wear and tear

Resolution

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Mindwerks The Toy Shoppe reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution after evaluating the information provided.
